Minimum Requirements
4-8 years of total and relevant experience in AI/ML or related field.
Proficiency in Python, experience with LLM frameworks (Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain), big data processing using Spark, Git, and MLflow.
Experience in software engineering (microservices, test-driven development, concurrency), DevOps (Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes), and LLM deployment platforms (vLLM, FastAPI).
Educational qualification: Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, MCA, or MBA.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in AI/ML with deep understanding of LLM development lifecycle, feature engineering, and advanced optimization techniques.
Skilled in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerized ML workloads, MLOps practices, and model monitoring.
Capable of producing low-level designs and working within microservices-based architectures focused on scalable, secure AI solutions.
