Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities, including custom applications, scripts, widgets, and integrations.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and design scalable, automated business process workflows.
Lead testing, debugging, system documentation, release/change management, and provide coaching and guidance within job area.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent as per US CFR guidelines.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience or advanced degree plus experience.
Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is mandatory.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, and experience with ServiceNow platform features is required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in implementing or supporting ServiceNow modules such as CSM, HR Pro, NowAssist, or Employee Center Pro.
Proven ability to develop custom Service Portal widgets/pages and handle complex UI (CSS) requirements.
Skilled in integrations (REST, OAuth, SSO), AI Search, NowAssist configuration, Flow Designer, and configurable Workspaces.
