About This Role
- Ensure operational continuity of clients' security infrastructures by proactively monitoring, identifying, and resolving technical incidents within SLA.
- Manage and resolve client tickets, perform operational tasks, and maintain quality documentation including incident logging and change management.
- Collaborate with automation teams to optimize processes, support L1 engineers on escalations, and contribute to trend analysis and project work.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience in managed security services supporting security infrastructure operations.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing, or relevant work experience.
- On-site working requirement.
