Lead design, development, and optimization of ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, ITOM, and data integrations using APIs and AI tools.
Own CMDB maturity strategy and execution, including automated discovery, data governance, and software/hardware asset management compliance.
Manage product roadmap, lead and mentor development teams, collaborate with cross-functional partners to evolve platform capabilities aligning with enterprise strategy.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with CMDB including automated Discovery, Service Mapping, and asset management in complex, global environments.
Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITOM suite (CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping) and CSDM implementation.
Proficiency in API development (REST, GraphQL), scripting languages (JavaScript, Python), SQL, and DevOps practices (CI/CD, version control).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical leader able to architect and implement complex integrations between ServiceNow, Snowflake, and modern data platforms with AI/ML components.
Skilled in advancing CMDB and ITOM capabilities with a strong focus on automation, data quality, and cloud-hybrid environments.
Capable of managing product lifecycle, leading teams, and driving transformation in agile, cross-functional global settings.
