Design, implement, and operate ServiceNow IT operations management capabilities focusing on discovery, configuration data quality, and service mapping across on-premises and cloud environments.
Manage and optimize discovery architecture including MID server design, credential handling, network zoning, performance tuning, and monitoring.
Develop automation and integrations using workflows, scripting, and APIs to improve platform reliability and reduce manual effort.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow engineering experience with strong focus on ITOM, including Discovery, CMDB, and MID Server deployment and troubleshooting.
Hands-on cloud engineering experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and familiarity with cloud resource models, Azure policy configuration, and reporting.
Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), including Business Rules, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs.
Work Experience Required: 5+ years in relevant ServiceNow and cloud engineering roles.
