Minimum Requirements
Education: Doctorate degree OR Master's degree OR Bachelor's degree with 18+ years of relevant experience.
Domain Experience: Proven experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences sectors with strategy, analytics, business insights, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, R&D strategy, or supply chain strategy.
Leadership Experience: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and building teams/capabilities in complex global organizations.
Skills: Strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, problem solving, executive communication; ability to operate in ambiguous, matrixed environments.
