Interpret large datasets integrating market dynamics and competitor insights to provide actionable, data-driven forecasting insights to cross-functional and global teams.
Collaborate with global forecasting teams and internal contractors to standardize methodologies and develop reusable forecasting tools and frameworks, leveraging AI tools for enhanced insights.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
8 to 13 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical forecasting or commercial analytics.
On-site work requirement: Minimum 4 days a week at Amgen India Hyderabad office.
Strong Excel proficiency is mandatory; working knowledge of Python/SQL is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in pharma/biotech commercial forecasting with deep understanding of patient-based and demand-based forecasting methodologies.
Experienced collaborating in cross-cultural, virtual, and global teams (U.S., Portugal, India) with excellent communication skills.
Comfortable using AI tools and emerging digital workflows to improve forecasting accuracy and efficiency while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
