Minimum Requirements
Graduate degree in Finance or Commerce (B.Com, BBM/BBA, MBA Finance, M.Com).
10+ years of experience in business or systems analysis, preferably in financial services.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access, SQL, and Macros demonstrated.
Work Experience Required: 10+ years in financial services business or systems analysis.

Experienced in managing and improving operational workflows within global financial services organizations involving multiple regions (APAC, EMEA, North America).
Proven ability to lead, influence, and collaborate effectively with global cross-functional teams on compliance, controls, and system/process improvements.
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven professional skilled in stakeholder management, root cause analysis, and independently managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
