Develop workflows, automation, APIs, and customizations within SAM tools to drive compliance, cost optimization, reporting, and embed AI to automate routine activities and improve processes.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 4+ years experience in Software Asset Management (SAM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), or Software Licensing.
Strong knowledge of software licensing models including user, device, core, processor-based, subscription, SaaS, virtualization, and cloud licensing.
Hands-on experience with SAM and discovery platforms like ServiceNow SAM, Flexera, Snow Software, or equivalent, including tool integrations and API development.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 4+ years in relevant SAM/ITAM domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with multi-vendor licensing including Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, Red Hat, with expertise in license negotiations and audit support.
Comfortable working in hybrid cloud and virtualized environments (Windows, Linux, VMware, Azure, AWS).
Skilled at developing automation, custom workflows, and integrating SAM tools with enterprise IT systems to enhance reporting and governance.
