Java React Solutions Architect – Cloud, Agile & Technology Delivery

Lead and manage cross-functional technology teams to deliver software and technology projects, ensuring successful delivery against objectives.

Translate business requirements into practical technology solutions leveraging software architecture, cloud infrastructure, database management, and Agile methodologies.

Develop and maintain technology roadmaps, evaluate new technologies, manage vendor relationships, and implement process improvements to increase delivery efficiency and operational effectiveness.

8–10 years of experience in technology leadership and software development.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Strong technical expertise in software architecture, cloud computing platforms, database management systems, Java and React development, Agile methodologies, and project management tools.

Experience leading cross-functional teams, managing projects, developing technology roadmaps, evaluating technologies, and vendor management.

Experienced in delivering enterprise-scale Java and React applications on cloud platforms with a strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.

Proven ability to lead technology initiatives, mentor teams, and align technical decisions with business strategy in fast-paced, changing environments.

Demonstrated skill in evaluating and adopting new technologies, driving process improvements, and managing vendor relationships effectively.
