About This Role

Lead architectural design and modernization of components within the Flow Derivatives ecosystem from India.

Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to design and build software solutions in the Flow Derivatives domain.

Provide technical mentorship and leadership to a squad of developers while being a hands-on engineer solving complex problems.

Minimum Requirements

10+ years of hands-on experience in Core Java, Java EE, microservices with strong design and architectural skills.

At least 6 years of relevant experience expected for required skills in the role.

Strong expertise in Java-based technology stack including frameworks like Spring Boot, JUnit, and experience with web services (REST) and Domain-Driven Design.

Experience with messaging frameworks, caching solutions, and working knowledge of databases.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in scalable, event-driven architecture and reactive programming principles.

Proven ability to operate collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate with technology product leads.

Strong problem-solving skills related to system integration and infrastructure debugging, with exposure to AI-related technologies and spec-driven development.
