Customer Project Manager

Own specific project tasks from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery that meets quality standards and customer expectations.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize project plans, manage risks, address inquiries, and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Support presales activities, product integration, installation, and conduct post-implementation reviews to contribute to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Bachelor's Degree or vocational education in Business Administration, Engineering, Science, or equivalent.

3 to 10 years of experience in Medical Devices or a similar industry.

Knowledge or experience with AERB / PCPNDT Regulatory Compliance preferred but not mandatory.

Onsite role based in Bangalore requiring at least 3 days per week presence in office facilities.

Experienced in managing moderately complex medical device projects involving cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management.

Skilled in project risk documentation, budget and KPI management, and delivering customer value through data-driven insights.

Comfortable operating with general supervision using independent judgment within established processes, balancing technical liaison and operational delivery roles.
