Support Financial Shared Services with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
Collaborate with finance leaders to analyze financial performance, develop revenue models, and identify risks and opportunities.
Drive process improvements and system enhancements related to financial planning, reporting, and long-term strategy, focusing on revenue and key performance metrics.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or data analytics, or 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or consulting.
Experience supporting Technology and Development organizations.
Proficient in advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas like IF, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH) and financial analysis, forecasting, and KPI reporting.
Hybrid working requirement: minimum 8 days/month onsite at Kalyani Nagar, Pune office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in finance functions within technology or development support environments.
Strong analytical skills with ability to handle large datasets and financial modeling including budgeting and forecasting.
Capable of driving system/process improvements and comfortable working with evolving processes and multiple stakeholders.
