Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and deliver real-world data (RWD) analytics and insights for R&D functions.
Identify, preprocess, analyze, and report on RWD from sources such as EHRs, claims databases, and registries to support research questions and business objectives.
Lead RWD study design, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor junior team members on RWD strategies and best practices.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Health Informatics, or related field.
At least 5 years experience in real-world data, platforms, and analysis within biopharma or healthcare industry.
Proficiency in Python, R, or SAS; experience with Domino and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Strong understanding of RWD sources, data preprocessing, data pipelines, and regulatory requirements related to RWD (e.g., FDA's Real-World Evidence Program).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing and delivering RWD analytics projects in cross-functional, regulated biopharma or healthcare environments.
Skilled in combining data engineering, analysis, and reporting to extract actionable insights from complex RWD sets.
Able to lead RWD strategy implementation and compliance while mentoring others and driving automation and cost optimization initiatives.
