Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Store Design, Marketing, Store Operations, Non-Retail Procurement) from strategy to execution and provide training and guidance within the team.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Fashion, Professional, Civil/Architecture or related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a related field.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint or similar applications.
Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and problem solving skills.

Experience leading and managing cross-functional projects with strong organizational skills and ability to handle complex tasks.
Ability to analyze business strategy, define project scopes, monitor execution, and communicate progress clearly to stakeholders.
