Senior Analyst

Lead strategic sourcing analytics including spend analysis, forecasting, and development of total cost of ownership and should-cost models to support client decision-making.

Manage end-to-end sourcing processes from requirements gathering to supplier negotiation, including category strategy development and value engineering.

Oversee procurement operations administration such as budget tracking, contract and supplier performance reporting, and day-to-day procurement process management (PREQ to PO conversion, change orders).

3-10+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or consulting with a Fortune 1000 company.

Expert-level proficiency in financial and data analysis using MS Excel (pivot tables, charts) and MS PowerPoint for presentations.

At least one year of experience with Procure-To-Pay platforms like Ariba or Coupa preferred.

Experience with procurement tools such as SAP, Ariba, Coupa and sourcing in categories like IT, Professional Services, MRO, and others.

Experienced in managing multi-stage sourcing and procurement projects with ownership of analytics, reporting, and negotiation steps.

Strong in quantitative problem-solving and capable of delivering quality work with minimal oversight in fast-paced, client-facing environments.

Familiar with diverse procurement categories and procurement tools, comfortable interacting across organizational levels and adapting communication styles.
