Senior Engineer - Solution Engineering – Customer Solution Validation

Own validation strategies and execution for customer networking solutions and large-scale operational environments.

Lead automation and quality engineering initiatives, developing scalable automation frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines.

Provide technical leadership by troubleshooting complex system failures, mentoring engineers, and influencing engineering practices for product reliability and operational readiness.

Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or C++ with experience in automation frameworks and integration with CI/CD pipelines.

Deep knowledge of Linux/UNIX systems, multi-vendor networking, distributed multi-component systems, and performance testing tools (e.g., Ixia, Spirent).

Proven expertise in system-level testing, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and fault injection for complex software and networking platforms.

Work Experience Required: Preferably 10+ years in industry; Onsite work from HPE office mandatory.

Senior-level professional with extensive experience in network solution validation, automation, and quality engineering in service provider, enterprise, or cloud environments.

Strong strategic orientation toward technical leadership, capable of driving cross-functional alignment and mentoring teams.

Demonstrated ability to handle complex, multi-domain technical problems and participate in architectural reviews and innovation initiatives.
