Senior Engineer - Solution Engineering – Customer Solution Validation

Lead solution validation and customer engagement by developing comprehensive validation strategies for complex networking deployments and ensuring operational readiness.

Drive automation strategy and implementation for scalable validation frameworks, integrating with CI/CD pipelines to enhance quality and productivity.

Provide technical leadership through troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, mentoring, and promoting quality engineering practices across multiple teams.

10+ years of industry experience preferred.

Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or C++, and experience building automation frameworks for quality engineering.

Deep expertise in Linux/UNIX systems, multi-vendor networking environments, and validating distributed multi-component systems.

Onsite work required at HPE office in India.

Experienced in large-scale networking solutions, including performance testing with platforms like Ixia and Spirent, and advanced networking protocols (Layer 2/3, MPLS, EVPN).

Proven ability to lead complex technical projects, influence engineering decisions, and mentor engineers.

Familiar with network operating systems, cloud infrastructure, observability tools, and CI/CD integration in a multi-team environment.
