Minimum Requirements
5+ years of experience in network design, implementation, installation, and maintenance including SDWAN technologies and complex network troubleshooting.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong knowledge of vendor routers, switches, firewalls, SDWAN appliances, and wireless devices (e.g., Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, Juniper).
Certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, FNCSP(NSE4), CCVP, or CCSP are preferred; equivalent on-the-job experience considered.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working in enterprise or large-scale network environments supporting customer pilots, professional services, and sales teams.
Technical leadership with ability to create documentation, network diagrams, and deliver presentations to varied technical audiences.
Strong understanding of high availability protocols, IP routing, tunneling, QoS, security protocols, and compliance standards such as PCI DSS, HIPAA, or SOC.
