Technical Lead - Software Engineer

Collaborate with product managers, domain experts, and customers to translate operational challenges into impactful software solutions and mentor engineers.

8+ years of software engineering experience building and operating production-grade systems.

Strong foundation in software design, distributed systems, data structures, algorithms, and system architecture.

Experience with backend technologies like Python, TypeScript, NestJS and frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.

Experience deploying and troubleshooting applications on Kubernetes.

Experienced in cross-stack development and comfortable working across frontend, backend, databases, messaging, infrastructure, and Kubernetes configurations.

Capable of balancing short-term delivery with long-term maintainability through pragmatic technology decisions.

Demonstrates ability to learn semiconductor manufacturing domain knowledge to influence both technical and product decisions beyond implementation.
