Minimum Requirements
Master’s degree with 2 years related experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 4 years related experience.
Advanced proficiency in Python and/or R, SQL, reproducible workflows, version control, testing, and cloud analytics.
Experience developing, validating, and operationalizing statistical, forecasting, ML, or AI solutions end-to-end.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 2-4 years in clinical research, pharma, predictive analytics or a related applied setting.

Proven ability to independently lead complex analytical projects and coach junior colleagues.
