Research Integrity Adviser

Investigate and resolve research integrity and publication ethics cases across Springer Nature products, ensuring compliance with COPE guidelines.

Manage multiple complex and sensitive research integrity cases, assessing legal and reputational risks and collaborating with internal editors and external Editors-in-Chief to recommend corrective actions.

Contribute to continuous improvement of workflows, tools, training materials, and external representation of the Research Integrity Group.

Graduate level education in STEM, HSS, publishing, research ethics, or related field; advanced degree or equivalent professional experience desirable.

Demonstrable knowledge of academic publishing workflows and publication ethics principles including COPE guidance.

Experience assessing complex evidence and formulating evidence-based recommendations for research integrity concerns.
