Minimum Requirements
7 to 10 years of experience in Salesforce development, including 4 to 6 years in design and maintenance of Salesforce applications.
Strong skills in Apex, LWC, and major Salesforce configuration tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) is mandatory.
Salesforce Platform Developer and App Builder certifications preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in delivering end-to-end Salesforce projects with focus on both development and client engagement.
Proficient in managing project lifecycle including troubleshooting and ensuring application security (NFRs).
Effective at knowledge transfer and training within technical teams for Salesforce applications.
