Design, build, and maintain internal developer platform capabilities including CI/CD, environments, observability, and infrastructure to support game development teams.
Identify and resolve developer pain points through data, feedback, and hands-on investigation to improve workflows and developer experience.
Own operational aspects such as monitoring, SLIs/SLOs, participate in on-call duties, and contribute to architectural decisions and long-term platform strategy.
Minimum Requirements
5–10+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on platform, infrastructure, or DevOps.
Proficiency in at least one backend language: C#, Go, Python, or Typescript.
Hands-on experience with AWS and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
Location requirement: ITPB, Whitefield, Bengaluru; Work model includes 4 days per week in-office.

Strong product mindset focused on enhancing developer experience and internal tooling efficiency.
Experience building and operating distributed systems, preferably in environments supporting game development teams.
Ability to balance quick iterative improvements with long-term scalable platform solutions, owning full operational responsibility including reliability and automation.
