About This Role
- Operate and support security tools and infrastructure including SIEM and security incident detection across enterprise servers, networks, and applications.
- Handle end-to-end incident response and security incident handling including analysis, troubleshooting, escalation, and resolution within a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
- Maintain, tune, and administer security platforms and content; implement automations to improve incident response efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field.
- Seasoned experience in security technologies (Firewall, IPS, IDS, Proxy, EDR, NDR, UTM, SOAR, HoneyPots) and SOC/CSIRT operations with end-to-end security incident handling.
- Experience with security tool lifecycle management including patching and updates, log collection mechanisms, and networking & Linux knowledge.
