Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC software for Hydraulic Power Units and Fire Suppression Systems using Siemens TIA Portal and Rockwell Studio 5000.
Configure and support HMI/SCADA applications such as WinCC, WinCC Unified, and FactoryTalk and execute Pre-FAT, FAT, iFAT, SAT, and commissioning activities across multiple sites.
Troubleshoot control systems including PLC, HMI, I/O, instrumentation, and communication issues and collaborate with engineering teams, suppliers, and clients to meet project milestones.
Minimum Requirements
Degree in Electrical, Automation, Control, or Instrumentation Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on PLC programming experience.
Strong experience with Siemens TIA Portal and Rockwell Studio 5000 (mandatory).
Experience with FAT, iFAT, SAT, and commissioning activities is required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in industrial communication protocols such as Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP, and Ethernet/IP with the ability to implement control philosophies, Cause & Effect requirements, interlocks, and permissives.
Capable of hands-on roles involving PLC and HMI configuration supporting project delivery in multidisciplinary teams and supplier/client coordination.
Willingness and ability to travel within the UK, Turkey, and Vietnam for factory acceptance tests and commissioning activities.
