Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
8 to 12+ years overall QA experience, including 2 to 5+ years leading QA teams.
Experience managing distributed teams and working directly with clients and business stakeholders.
Proven experience managing enterprise application testing in Agile environments, with skills in Manual Testing, Automation (Selenium, Playwright), API testing, SQL, and tools like Jira, Confluence, GIT.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in QA leadership within Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Patient Services domain preferred.
Strong background in Agile methodologies and demonstrated ability to adapt to continuous changes.
Capable of driving risk assessments, root cause analysis, and quality metric reporting in complex, cross-functional environments.
