Lead Inventory Specialist PIM Ops

Manage inventory replenishment exceptions and execute inventory management processes to maintain optimal stock levels across supply chain nodes.

Analyze inventory and operational data; create reports and dashboards to monitor business metrics such as instocks, out of stocks, and unit per item (UPI).

Own daily operational deliverables, conduct weekly recaps, and communicate proactively with key stakeholders including Inventory Analysts at Target India and Minneapolis.

Graduate degree with 1-2 years of relevant work experience.

Proficiency in Excel and good knowledge of other MS Office tools.

Clear and effective communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work on rotating schedules as needed.

Operationally focused individual experienced in inventory process execution and exception management.

Analytical mindset comfortable with data analysis, reporting, and driving insights to improve inventory health.

Strong collaborator able to communicate across teams and manage stakeholder relationships across geographies.
