Manage and maintain comprehensive databases related to mall tenants, leases, vendors, footfall, sales, and occupancy to support mall operations.
Generate regular MIS reports, dashboards, and performance analytics to inform senior management decision-making, including financial reporting and trend analysis.
Oversee mall management software/ERP systems administration, ensure data accuracy and compliance, and coordinate with multiple departments for data-driven operational support.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in MIS roles preferably within retail, real estate, hospitality, or mall management.
Proficiency in advanced MS Excel, database management tools (SQL, Access), and familiarity with mall management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI) or ERP systems.
Location requirement: On-site in Hyderabad, Telangana, working 48 hours per week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling complex databases and generating analytical management reports to drive operational improvements in mall or retail real estate settings.
Skilled in data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau preferred) with a strong analytical and detail-oriented approach to data accuracy and insights.
Comfortable coordinating across functions (finance, marketing, security, HR) and managing system administration tasks in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
