About This Role

Own and develop scalable frontend architectures and Portals using React and TypeScript, including shared component library and build tooling.

Investigate systemic platform issues, produce architectural recommendations, and develop backend services (Node.js, Go) supporting frontend platforms.

Drive frontend engineering excellence, developer experience, and cross-team collaboration on architecture, testing, and platform improvements.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of software development experience.

Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web architectures.

Experience with backend development using Node.js and Go.

Experience with monorepos (Nx preferred), testing infrastructure (unit, component, E2E), and ability to analyze complex codebases with written architectural assessments.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in frontend architecture and platform engineering with full stack proficiency (React, TypeScript, Node.js, Go).

Comfortable leading platform stability, developer tooling, and operational excellence initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Ability to balance technical idealism with real-world constraints and act as a trusted technical partner across feature teams.
