Validate and control price changes with vendor coordination, maintain purchase information records, and execute bulk pricing uploads into ERP with full audit trails.
Conduct routine catalogue validation, reconcile data discrepancies, manage year-end catalogue rebuild, and maintain governance documentation to meet performance targets.
Minimum Requirements
3-7+ years in catalogue management, product/pricing master data, or procurement operations with technical or audio-visual product experience.
Hands-on SAP experience including material master, purchase info records, pricing conditions, and bulk upload routines.
Ability to work shift-based roster including night shifts from Hyderabad delivery centre.
Direct vendor and reseller communication experience on product and pricing data required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong operational ownership in catalogue data accuracy and price validation cycles within a vendor-integrator procurement environment.
Expertise in SAP and ERP interfaces combined with experience in technical product catalogue administration, preferably in audio-visual domain.
Experience managing recurring master data workflows, catalogue rebuild projects, and enforcing data governance in a high-volume technical procurement setting.
