Lead Business Consultant

Own end-to-end solution build and delivery for complex SimCorp Dimension initiatives, ensuring alignment with business requirements and standard designs.

Lead solution workstreams within projects, coordinating with project managers, technical teams, and clients to ensure timely, high-quality delivery and resolve complex operational issues.

Act as a trusted advisor and key contact for clients and senior stakeholders, mentor junior consultants, and drive continuous improvement of solution delivery methods and assets.

5+ years relevant experience with SimCorp Dimension, including cross-domain (front-to-back) designs and configurations.

Prior client-facing business consulting experience and leading solution discussions.

Functional knowledge of SimCorp Dimension, Data Management Core, or Accounting & Operations domains such as trade processing, corporate actions, ESG investing, or alternative investments.

Ability to work APAC hours with flexibility in EMEA hours; hybrid work with 2 days per week onsite.

Senior-level consultant comfortable with large-scale, complex solution design and delivery in financial technology environments.

Experienced in cross-functional collaboration across consulting, product, project, and operations teams for end-to-end solution success.

Skilled in stakeholder engagement and governance across value streams, including facilitating fit-to-standard workshops and value stream impact analysis.
