Lead testing and quality engineering for ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) programs focusing on IRM, Compliance Tools, Risk Events, and Risk profile reporting.
Define, manage, and execute end-to-end test scenarios, plans, and strategies including functional and regression testing aligned with business and agile requirements.
Provide thought leadership, mentorship, and implementation support including impact analysis, test reporting, defect analysis, UAT support, and automation/CI/CD pipeline integration.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years of hands-on experience in GRC domain covering Risk Management, Compliance Management, Risk Reporting, and Enterprise Data Management.
2+ years in a leadership role managing GRC program teams.
4+ years specifically with ServiceNow IRM domain including testing and QA within the STLC lifecycle.
Bachelor of Technology or equivalent technical degree; work experience required: 4 to 6 years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in agile testing methodologies and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), ServiceNow ATF, Selenium, Java, and Playwright with strong functional knowledge of ServiceNow IRM.
Comfortable collaborating across product owners, developers, and business teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and quality delivery in large, global financial or regulated environments.
Able to mentor teams, drive test strategy improvements, and support automation and DevOps pipeline integration in risk and compliance technology programs.
