Senior Member of Technical Staff- Machine Learning

Design, build, and deploy advanced machine learning and deep learning models improving clinical and operational outcomes in healthcare.

Develop production-ready ML solutions with Python, implement complex neural networks for NLP and/or computer vision use cases, and integrate models into scalable cloud-based production environments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate clinical problems into measurable ML solutions and adopt state-of-the-art AI techniques such as LLMs and generative AI for product enhancement.

3–5 years of hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning or deep learning models in production.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Mandatory skills: Python, SQL, Unix/Linux, deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), transformer models, hands-on AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Harness, EKS experience.

Role location is in Pune, India; in-person work required; strong verbal and written communication skills required.

Experienced in end-to-end ML model lifecycle in healthcare domain encompassing model development, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring in production environments.

Demonstrates expertise in modern AI methods including NLP, computer vision, transformer-based models, generative AI, and prompt engineering aligned with product needs.

Able to collaborate effectively across product managers, clinicians, and engineers, and communicate complex technical trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
