Own and lead enterprise DevSecOps function enabling secure, automated, scalable, and reliable software delivery across multiple application portfolios.
Manage DevSecOps platforms, Azure hosting services, CI/CD pipelines, security tooling, monitoring, and governance to support development, QA, release management.
Drive engineering standards, governance, mentor teams, and promote culture of security, automation, reliability, and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
12+ years of IT experience including 5+ years leading DevOps/DevSecOps initiatives.
Strong hands-on expertise with GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Azure.
Experience with CI/CD, DevSecOps, SRE practices, security controls, pipeline security scanning, vulnerability management, and remediation.
Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep), monitoring, incident management, and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader comfortable with hands-on technical delivery and team mentorship across DevSecOps platforms.
Strong background in cloud native (Azure) DevSecOps environments with focus on security and reliability engineering.
Demonstrates ability to drive engineering governance, standards, and continuous improvement in large enterprise setups.
