Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information security, information systems, business, IT or equivalent experience.
10-11 years of experience specifically in Penetration Testing.
Experience managing or leading a Penetration Testing team or similar role in Information Security.
Ability to obtain and maintain government-level security clearance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong technical expertise in penetration testing tools such as Kali Linux, Nmap, Nessus, and scripting languages like shell scripting, Powershell, or Python.
Demonstrated leadership in managing pen test teams with accountability for metrics and quality.
Experience working in an Information Security-driven environment with operational focus on project delivery and stakeholder coordination.
