Create, coordinate, and plan penetration testing engagements with medium oversight, including gathering requirements and documenting engagement plans.
Identify and exploit complex security scenarios using stealth and evasion techniques, performing complex analysis on intelligence data to assess risks and findings.
Lead meetings with internal customers to coordinate engagement execution, communicate technical ideas clearly, and provide analysis of remediation actions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in security, networking, development, or computer science; additional 4 years related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Typically minimum 4 years relevant experience including ethical hacking, penetration testing, software development, cyber forensics or threat hunting.
Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), GIAC Penetration Tester (GPEN), or equivalent certification mandatory.
Ability to understand complex application, hardware, and network architectures in relation to security posture.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling complex penetration testing scenarios with moderate autonomy and ability to work with senior team oversight.
Skilled at interpreting compliance, regulatory, and policy standards relevant to security testing.
Capable of coordinating cross-functional engagements and communicating technical information effectively to varied audiences.
