Minimum Requirements
6–9 years of software development experience with advanced C++ expertise.
Proven experience leading engineering teams and managing technical delivery.
Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures, Design Patterns, Multithreading, and Software Architecture.
Experience with automotive communication protocols like CAN and UDP; Automotive and ADAS domain experience preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical leader with a background in simulation software for automotive ADAS or Autonomous Driving domain.
Proficient in managing agile/scrum processes and cross-functional collaboration on global projects.
Deep expertise in advanced C++ and automotive communication systems with practical integration experience.
