Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
10-13 years of hands-on experience developing scalable, multi-threaded software using core Java, Spring (Core, Boot, Batch), Hibernate/JPA, Maven/Gradle, PL/SQL, Unix/Shell scripts, deployed on Tomcat.
Experience leading scrum teams and providing technical direction.
Hands-on experience with SOAP & RESTful APIs, cloud native development (Pivotal Cloud Foundry & AWS), CI/CD tools (Jenkins), and test automation frameworks (Selenium, Rest-assured, TestNG, Postman).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience in building and delivering world-class scalable software solutions on a global scale in an agile environment.
Strong design skills including knowledge of Java/microservices design patterns and ability to own solution design and communicate to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Technical leadership style focused on hands-on coding, code review, test automation, and process improvement within cross-functional, dynamic teams.
