Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing stream.
3 to 5 years of progressively responsible experience, including as a Product Configuration Analyst.
Thorough knowledge of company products, product applications, and detailed understanding of product configuration.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in complex product configuration management supporting ERP-based business processes in machinery or manufacturing domains.
Strong analytical skills with ability to evaluate problems, develop solutions, and coordinate cross-functional work involving Engineering and Pricing.
Capable of independently managing assignments with a strategic impact and effective communication across global teams and stakeholders.
