Serve as primary contact managing CAD/CAFM service delivery for business and stakeholders, ensuring global standards compliance.
Support and maintain AutoCAD/Revit floorplans including drawing additions, quality assurance, and preparation for CAFM/IWMS systems integration.
Work under strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment coordinating team efforts and delivering project requirements efficiently.
Minimum Requirements
4 - 6 years of relevant work experience in architectural/CAD/CAFM operations or related field.
Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Revit, AutoCAD, including Revit families and templates.
Experience with CAFM/IWMS technologies such as FM:Systems, TRIRIGA, Archibus, etc.
Bachelor’s degree in real estate or related discipline preferred; onsite work required in Gurugram.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing CAD/CAFM operations within commercial real estate or office architectural projects, implying strong domain expertise.
Capable of independently handling project management duties including budgeting, coordination, and team handling under tight deadlines.
Skilled in translating technical drawings into standardized formats compliant with multiple platforms, and proficient in 3D environment work.
