Product Definition Analyst 3

Analyze and refine airline customer business requirements into functional specifications and feasible solutions, including conducting functional tests and product validation.

Collaborate closely with development and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with specifications, support end users during acceptance, and maintain software quality and production integrity.

Utilize Business Intelligence tools and SQL for data extraction, analysis, validation, and reporting to support product and business goals.

University degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Proficiency in English for an international team environment.

Experience delivering end-to-end analytics projects, transforming requirements into clear business outcomes.

Experience in software development lifecycle relevant to functional area, including product design, coding, testing, and Quality Assurance.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working on large, complex datasets and data quality management.

Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik), SQL, Python or Databricks, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Ability to translate vague business requirements into impactful, accessible data stories and collaborate effectively across multicultural teams.
