Gather, analyze, and document business requirements including BRDs, FRS, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
Conduct impact analysis, feasibility studies, and solution design discussions while managing requirements throughout the SDLC.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Development, and QA teams; support UAT, defect triage, production validation, and drive stakeholder communication and requirement sign-offs.
Minimum Requirements
9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence.
Strong skills in requirements gathering, functional analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
Work Experience Required: 9+ years
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in Product-based organizations with exposure to API integrations, process modeling, and system design.
Familiarity or domain experience in Travel or Airlines is advantageous.
Ability to prioritize business requirements effectively and comfortable working with Agile teams and ceremonies.
