Resolve trade confirmation and settlement queries by liaising with internal teams, custodians, brokers, and external stakeholders; escalate exceptions promptly.
Minimum Requirements
4-9 years of Hedge/Mutual Funds Middle Office Trade Support experience.
Postgraduate degree in Commerce, MBA Finance, or professional qualifications CA/CMA/CFA mandatory.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially strong MS Excel skills.
Willingness and flexibility to work in any shifts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in capital markets, financial instruments, and investment banking processes with above-average accounting skills.
Strong analytical and detail orientation capable of handling high volumes of transactions with timely delivery.
Effective communicator skilled in coordinating with multiple internal and external parties to resolve trade-related issues.
