Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Finance, Economics, Environmental Science, Public Policy, Business, or related field.
6–10 years of experience in ESG research, sustainable finance, policy development, content management, or data governance.
Strong understanding of ESG reporting frameworks, sustainability regulations, and responsible investment practices.
Experience in methodology creation, policy documentation, business rules, and operational guidance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in ESG data products with exposure to sustainable finance frameworks, taxonomy management, and metadata governance.
Demonstrates ability to govern content quality, transparency, and audit readiness in regulated financial information environments.
Skilled at bridging cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, Operations, and Client Services to enhance ESG content usability and client satisfaction.
