Serve as key client contact for production support, maintaining client relationships and ensuring service quality.
Analyze and resolve issues in SimCorp Dimension services and system operations within agreed SLAs, independently.
Collaborate globally within SimCorp teams to share knowledge and provide efficient, future-oriented client solutions, working APAC/EMEA shifts including occasional weekends/extended hours.
Minimum Requirements
Degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or computer science.
Minimum 5 years experience in asset management, fund management, or custodian roles.
Familiarity with SimCorp Dimension and experience supporting front-to-back investment management solutions.
Ability to work APAC/EMEA shifts with occasional weekend/public holiday and extended hours work.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in asset/fund management operations with deep understanding of investment management solutions.
Able to independently prioritize and resolve multiple client and system support issues under time-sensitive conditions.
Comfortable working globally with cross-functional teams and shifting schedules aligning with APAC/EMEA zones.
