Configure and support Veeva Clinical applications including Study Startup, eTMF, CTMS, Site Connect, or Vault Clinical Suite.
Gather and analyze business requirements to deliver clinical technology solutions and perform application testing, validation, and deployment.
Collaborate with technical teams on customizations and integrations, support UAT, issue resolution, production support, and ensure compliance with GxP and regulatory standards.
Minimum Requirements
4 to 7 years of IT/Consulting experience in Life Sciences, including 2–3 years hands-on with Veeva Vault Clinical applications.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field (Bachelor of Engineering preferred).
Experience with clinical trial processes, application configuration, SDLC, Agile methodology, and testing practices.
Veea Vault experience is mandatory; Veeva Vault Clinical certification preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in clinical operations technology solutions with strong domain knowledge in clinical trial processes.
Capable of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management within global client environments.
Comfortable working in Agile and SDLC frameworks with a hands-on approach to application configuration and testing.
