Analyze and attribute portfolio performance including absolute and relative factors such as security selection, asset allocation, and currency.
Reconcile and validate portfolio and benchmark performance metrics, investigating and resolving security-level discrepancies at transaction, position, and pricing levels within global performance and risk applications.
Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot performance analytical reports and workflows, communicating findings and issues effectively across performance, operations, IT teams, and portfolio managers.
Minimum Requirements
Post Graduate degree, preferably an MBA in Finance from a reputed institute.
6 - 8 years of post-graduation experience in a financial firm; experience in performance measurement is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of Equity, Fixed Income, Derivative instruments, and Investment Management industry practices.
Basic MS Office skills; exposure to POINT, Yield Book, or FactSet tools is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling complex performance attribution and financial instrument analysis in institutional investment environments.
Skilled in cross-departmental collaboration and communication, able to escalate issues appropriately and work flexible hours aligned with US time zones when required.
Familiar with global performance measurement and risk systems, with a track record of maintaining quality and accuracy under pressure during critical reporting periods.
