Implement, configure, and deploy ServiceNow's out-of-the-box AI features (Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Now Assist, AIOps) to production environments.
Design, develop, and maintain custom AI-driven workflows, applications, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform using scripting and API tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders for end-to-end delivery of AI features and contribute to platform governance, documentation, and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
3–7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Proven experience delivering AI features on the ServiceNow platform, including deploying out-of-the-box AI capabilities and building custom AI automation.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript scripting specific to ServiceNow (Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer).
Experience building ServiceNow integrations via REST APIs and IntegrationHub; strong understanding of ServiceNow data model and platform architecture.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leveraging ServiceNow AI features to transform platforms into AI-enabled solutions rather than basic workflow tools.
Comfortable working in environments that require integration of external AI/ML services and possibly large enterprise or regulated domains such as healthcare or IT operations.
