Lead technical governance and solution architecture for Salesforce platform across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations.
Own identification and remediation of Salesforce security vulnerabilities using Obsidian and collaborate with Cybersecurity and Compliance teams to ensure secure, compliant operations.
Provide technical leadership by mentoring developers, managing release and deployment processes, and driving continuous improvements including technical debt reduction.
Minimum Requirements
8-12 years of hands-on Salesforce development, administration, and solution architecture experience.
Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Experience, Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
Experience with Salesforce security model and remediation of security findings from tools like Obsidian.
On-site work at assigned TransUnion office location is mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical leader with proven ability to lead Salesforce teams and manage complex enterprise platform initiatives including release management and DevOps.
Strong collaborator skilled at working with Cybersecurity, Enterprise Architecture, and Compliance functions in highly regulated environments.
Familiar with Agile methodologies, continuous delivery processes and upskilling developers through coaching and code reviews.
